Specific Time-Slot Delivery

Changes in Delivery

• Any requested changes to the delivery date, time & location within 3 days from the date of the event will incur a charge of $30 as stipulated by our third party delivery service vendor
• You may email us to request the details of payment. The new delivery date, time & location will only be confirmed after payment has been made

Custom Order Delivery

• Delivery is chargeable at $20 for all custom cake orders that cannot be placed independently via our website 
• Free delivery for all custom orders above $250

• We do not deliver to Tuas & restricted areas
• For MBS delivery, driver will only meet you at the drop off/pick up area. For direct delivery to any outlets within MBS an additional charge of $10 applies, we will reach out to you for this additional billing
• For Sentosa delivery, an additional charge of $10 applies, we will reach out to you for this additional billing
• Kindly ensure someone will be at your location to receive your delivery
• Driver will wait for 10 mins and call the number provided at least once
  If uncontactable, driver will place your item outside your house, we will not be liable for any damages
• If re-delivery is requested, it is chargeable at $35, else self collection can be done instore before our closing hours on the same day. We will discard any unclaimed cakes the next day
• The recipient of the cake is wholly responsible for checking that the order specifications of the cake received. We will not be responsible for any damages after the delivery has been completed
