Storage of Cakes
- Our cakes are best consumed at room temperature and the cakes must be immediately refrigerated immediately.
- If refrigerated, it is recommended to thaw for at least 45 mins, a good gauge will be to touch the cream with your fingers to check the softness level.
- Cakes can be displayed in A/C room for approximately 2-3 hours, it is highly not recommended to display cakes in non-air conditioned settings.
- You can keep any leftovers refrigerated in an air tight container for up to 7 days, please note that it is normal for the quality of the cake to change the longer it is kept.
